Shipping + Return Policy
Shipping is done through USPS for all orders. We also ship worldwide! You can see the shipping costs at check out since it depends on the size of your order.
All bandana bibs, bow tie and headband sales are final. Moccasins can be exchanged if unworn, customers is in charge of shipping costs both ways. Exchanges must be done within 14 days.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If there is an issue with your order please email us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If an exchange is in order due to ordering the wrong size, customers are in charge of shipping both ways. This will be dealt with on a case by case process.
If for some reason there is an issue/error with your order we must be contacted/resolved within 40 days.
If the wrong address is provided we cannot be responsible for correcting it and customer will be responsible for shipping.
Please be aware that some countries tax incoming international goods. You as the customer will be in charge of the these fees if applicable. Please speak with your local post office to see if this applies to you. *This does not apply to Canada*

When will my order arrive?
*During the holidays please allow up to 2 weeks for before your order will ship, we strive to keep it below this but we will be backed up more then normal.
Please allow 2-7 days for us to process the order, and 5 business days once shipped. This means you should receive your order 7 - 12 business days after ordering.
If you are outside of the US please allow 2-7 days for processing and up to 1-2 weeks for standard shipping.
Will I get a tracking number?
Each order does have a tracking number and will be sent to the email used at check out.
